What you'll do Own and evolve the product strategy for fraud and scam prevention across multiple squads and initiatives.
Define and deliver roadmaps that balance customer protection, regulatory compliance, and business value.
Lead cross-functional teams through agile delivery, ensuring clarity, momentum, and impact.
Champion the voice of the customer , translating insights into intuitive, inclusive solutions.
Collaborate with senior stakeholders across technology, risk, compliance, operations, and law enforcement.
Use data, intelligence, and Gen AI capabilities to anticipate threats, automate detection, and enhance decision-making.
Embed the Scams Prevention Framework into product design and delivery to ensure alignment with enterprise-wide strategy and regulatory expectations.
Mentor and uplift Product Owners and team members, fostering a culture of care, curiosity, and courage.
What you bring Proven experience as a Senior Product Owner or Product Leader , ideally in Fraud, Scams, Payments or AML domains.
Deep understanding of agile delivery , product lifecycle management, and stakeholder engagement.
Strong commercial acumen and a passion for customer safety and ethical innovation .
Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
A data-driven mindset and experience using analytics to guide product decisions.
Familiarity with risk frameworks, regulatory environments , and compliance processes.
A track record of delivering complex products in fast-paced, high-stakes environments.
