The role
  • Reporting to the Managing Director, you will manage and grow our Finance & Accounting division by leading from the front and embedding our core values of excellence, collaboration, innovation, and authenticity
  • Build and execute a clear growth strategy for the Melbourne market, including identifying key sectors and future team growth
  • Continue to nurture and expand our existing client and candidate networks across all sectors
  • End-to-end management of the 360° recruitment process, from briefing to placement and post-placement support
  • Mentor, develop, and inspire consultants and support staff; lead by example with activity, process, and mindset
  • Collaborate with consultants and leaders across our national teams to share insights, leads and market intelligence
  • Contribute to and help shape team culture, performance standards and best-practice recruitment workflows
  • Work closely with senior leadership on business planning, growth targets
  • Contribute to our client attraction strategy, including market mapping, thought leadership, and targeted outreach
About you
  • Senior Recruitment Manager with 5+ years' experience
  • Background in Accounting, Finance, Business Support, HR, Projects, or Executive recruitment
  • Entrepreneurial mindset – comfortable building something new with national and ASX- corporate support
  • Someone who wants to lead a brand, not just a desk
  • Confident in developing client relationships and mentoring others
