Assistant Store Manager - Liquorland - Sundowner Hotel at Coles Liquor

Overview

Join Liquorland as an Assistant Store Manager and contribute to delivering memorable customer experiences and supporting the store team. This role is part-time, 32 hours per week.

About The Role

You'll work with the Store Manager to keep the store looking fantastic, build a strong team, manage inventory, create a welcoming vibe, and provide friendly service that creates unforgettable moments for customers.

Responsibilities
  • Support daily operations to maintain an inviting store appearance and atmosphere.
  • Assist with inventory management and stock control.
  • Contribute to delivering exceptional customer service and engagement.
  • Assist with payroll, rostering, and liquor inventory management as required.
About You And Your Skills
  • Experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality, or customer-facing environments and an interest in learning about products.
  • Social, enjoys talking with customers, and focused on delivering an excellent customer experience.
  • Strong admin and organizational skills (payroll, rostering, inventory, store presentation).
  • People who are motivated by hitting store goals and boosting sales.
  • RSA certification (or willingness to obtain one).
