- This role will cover an extended family leave absence beginning in early December, with an official start date at the beginning of Term 4, allowing for a thorough and effective handover.
- The successful applicant will lead our office team, comprising a Student and Maintenance Administrator (supporting our Grounds Personnel) and a Reception Officer. Together, the office team collaborate to support key roles across the school, including the Daily Organiser, IT Coordinator, IT Technician, Canteen Manager, Western Valley Sports Coordinator, School Council, and the School Operations and Improvement Group.
- We are seeking a skilled, organised, and collaborative leader who will work closely with our Principal team and all staff to support the implementation of the School's Strategic and Annual Implementation Plan.

- Objectives will, generally, be clearly defined; guidelines will be broad and day-to-day direction mínimal. Management responsibility extends to ensuring appropriate support levels are maintained across the school. Range 4 generally provides key support and timely advice to the leadership team and school council and liaises with the general school community, the Department and other government agencies and service providers.
- Specialised professional roles will carry a high level of independence and accountability where suitable scope is provided to achieve objectives.
- An education support class position supports the educational services being provided to students, but must not include duties of teaching as defined in clause 2.6.1 of the Education and Training Reform Act 2006 (Vic) or its successor. Supervision of students cannot be required except where it is an integral part of the employee¿s position or involves supervision of students individually or in small groups, in controlled circumstances, where the responsibility for students remains clearly with a teacher.

- Manage the design and production of school publications and documents
**Finance**
- Manage and direct the preparation of annual budgets and regular financial statements and contribute to the financial decision making of the school.
- Prepare funding submissions for the leadership team and school council.
- Direct the accounting processes of the school and ensure that all funds, including school investments, are effectively accounted for according to Treasury regulations.
- Provide advice to staff on spending against budget in respect to faculties, programs and other school projects.
- Administer government grants and other school income.
- Manage fund raising activities.
**General Administration**
- Ensure the provision of a range of administrative support functions for the Principal and teaching staff.
- Provide administrative support to external service providers as required.
- Manage the processing of student admissions, registrations, enrolments and transfers.
