We are a specialised conveyancing firm handling all types of property transactions – from residential purchases to complex commercial deals – with a focus on expertise, efficiency, and personalised service.

The Role
We're seeking an experienced Conveyancer to step into the role of Principal Conveyancer, managing files from start to finish. This is a full-time position based in our Chadstone office, with the flexibility to work from home 1–2 days per week.

Key Responsibilities

Manage conveyancing matters independently from instruction to settlement

Liaise with clients, agents, lenders, and other stakeholders

Review and prepare contracts, transfer documents, and settlement statements

Ensure compliance with all relevant legislation and procedures

Maintain excellent client communication and service standards

About You

Experience in conveyancing (preferably in a principal or senior role)

Strong knowledge of Victorian property law and PEXA

Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills

Ability to work independently and manage multiple matters simultaneously

Professional, client-focused approach
