Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation to join our expanding team in Regional Victoria As a Circumstance Investigator, your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day.

We have casual and contractor roles available.

The Role
  1. Attend various locations, predominantly within Warrnambool and a proportion of work across VIC;
  2. Interview appropriate key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence, and produce detailed and accurate reports in a timely manner;
  3. Maintain effective and appropriate communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
  4. Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
  • Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current and valid Investigators Licence;
  • Have a current and valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
  • Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
  • Have excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines;
  • If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader and have relevant insurances.
