We are seeking a professional to conduct investigations into workers compensation claims. As a Factual Investigator, your day will be designed by you, offering a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy.

This role is ideal for individuals with a Certificate III in Investigations and a valid Investigators Licence. You will need a current driver's licence and vehicle, as well as an ASIST Certificate. Experience conducting Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred.

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Warrnambool and other areas of VIC;
• Interview key parties, take statements, collate relevant evidence, and produce detailed reports;
• Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
• Prepare and draft factual reports.
