Procare's Factual Investigation Division is seeking Factual Investigators experienced in Workers Compensation to join our expanding team in Regional Victoria As a Circumstance Investigator, your day is designed by you - this role offers a unique opportunity for variety and autonomy over your working day

We have casual and contractor roles available.

• Attend various locations, predominantly within Warrnambool and across VIC;
• Interview key parties, take statements, collate evidence, and produce detailed, accurate reports promptly;
• Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
• Prepare and draft factual reports.

• Hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence;
• Have a valid driver's licence and vehicle;
• Hold an ASIST Certificate (or willing to obtain);
• Experience in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is preferred;
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
• Strong attention to detail and self-motivated to meet deadlines.
• If a contractor: Set up as a Pty Ltd or Sole Trader with relevant insurances.
