At Procare, we are seeking a Factual Investigator to join our team in Regional Victoria. This role offers variety and autonomy over your working day, allowing you to design your own schedule.

The Role:
  • You will attend various locations, predominantly within Warrnambool and across VIC;
  • Interview key parties, take statements, collate evidence, and produce detailed, accurate reports promptly;
  • Maintain effective communication with our investigations support team and other relevant parties;
  • Prepare and draft factual reports.
About You:
  • You must hold a Certificate III in Investigations and a current Investigators Licence;
  • You should have a valid driver's licence and vehicle;
  • You need to hold an ASIST Certificate (or be willing to obtain one);
  • A background in Workers Compensation and/or CTP investigations is highly desirable;
  • You possess excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • You have strong attention to detail and are self-motivated to meet deadlines.
