Overview

Senior Consultant Organisational Effectiveness at NAB. You will work with the Organisational Effectiveness leadership team and partner with Domains to drive the evolution of the Domain Operating Model, a key enabler of NAB's Group Strategy ambition.

Responsibilities
  • Co-create high-performing teams and adaptive ways of working that elevate the domain model—embedding customer-centricity, agility and continuous improvement at delivery.
  • Own and evolve the end-to-end delivery ecosystem, including tooling, governance, and financial and risk processes—ensuring cycles are streamlined, scalable and outcome-driven.
  • Partner withKey delivery roles (e.g., Product and Engineering) to shape and prioritise the delivery tooling backlog—translating strategic needs into actionable enhancements that accelerate flow and reduce friction.
  • Synthesise current state and envision future opportunities, identifying gaps with clarity to move from complexity to coherence.
  • Influence the organisational model strategy, ensuring delivery processes, tooling and flow are optimised for speed, resilience and value.
  • Ensure adherence to Operating model standards implemented by Domains, enabling scalability within guardrails.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in delivering large-scale transformation, ideally operating-model related, in a complex organisational environment.
  • Strong understanding of enterprise delivery and modern technology ways of working (e.g., Platform mindset, DevOps).
  • Experience delivering end-to-end processes with consideration of varying stakeholder needs (business and technology).
  • Confident communicator and influencer to engage internal and external stakeholders.
