Developer – HRSD, ITSM serves as the subject matter expert in ServiceNow platform, Service portal, integrations, reporting, as well as a champion of best practices. The incumbent has extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle, as well as strong technical troubleshooting skill and communication skill.
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Salary range: AUD 108,571- 119,893 (Annual Gross)
Responsibilities- Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.
- Work on ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, UI Page.
- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
- Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, etc.
- Remain current with industry trends to advise, advocate, and implement solutions.
Essential
- Bachelors/master's degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering
- At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements and implementation
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions
- Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands
- Excellent analytical and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills
- Strong project management skills
Preferred
- At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements and implementation
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.
