
Expert Technical Solutions Provider

Developers in this role serve as the subject matter experts in ServiceNow platform, Service portal, integrations, and reporting. They are champions of best practices and have extensive knowledge and experience with application development lifecycle.
Location: Brisbane, Australia
Responsibilities:
- Serve as a key team member in ServiceNow HRSD support team.
- Work on ServiceNow portal, JavaScript, UI Page.
- Support ServiceNow HRSD modules including Case Management, Knowledge Management, HR Agent Workspace, Service portal, integrations, reporting, etc.
- Lead effective communication between technical teams and stakeholders.
- Design, develop, troubleshoot, debug, and deploy technical solutions.
- Manage break fixes, enhancement requests, projects, configuration, workflow management, release management, system outrage, system maintenance, testing, etc.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors or masters degree in computer science, Information Systems, or Engineering.
- At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
- Experience with at least one full cycle implementation of ServiceNow HRSD.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow HRSD, Service portal, integration, reporting.
- Excellent knowledge and experience in ServiceNow Portal, Javascript, Angular JS, HTML/CSS, etc.
- Proven ability to gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical solutions.
- Proven ability to work both independently to provide solutions to the stakeholders and as part of a team to accomplish tasks.
- Proven ability to maintain focus and work effectively with multiple demands.
- Excellent analytical and time management skills.
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English.
- Strong stakeholder relationship building skills.
- Strong project management skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- At least 5+ years of experience in ServiceNow HRSD support, enhancements, and implementation.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Highly motivated self-driven with a positive attitude.

- Excellent customer facing skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and problem-solving skills.
