New Auckland Place provides first-class care and accommodation to the Gladstone community and surrounding areas. About the role

Successful candidates will have excellent time management skills and be effective communicators with high-level written and verbal skills, working alongside a dedicated Lifestyles team, enriching the lives of our residents through activities, health, and leisure programs.

This is a casual/part-time opportunity which requires being available for a 7-day-per-week roster. Immediate start available.

Qualifications:

Prior experience and working with residents with Dementia highly regarded.

Certificate in Aged Care or Individual Support an advantage.

Ability to work autonomously and as a member of the team.

Must be able to deliver the highest quality of individualised care for our residents.

All applicants must be willing to undergo NDIS Staff Screening and a pre-employment medical.

Important: New Auckland Place adheres to state and Commonwealth directions regarding mandatory vaccination requirements within Residential Aged Care Facilities. Applicants must meet the vaccination requirements applicable.
