Occupational Therapist

• About the Role
• This graduate occupational therapist role is a two-year fixed term position, offering a full-time opportunity to gain hands-on experience and develop your skills in a real-world industrial environment.
• You will work closely with experienced occupational therapists and other professionals to achieve shared goals and deliver high-quality outcomes.
• This role requires a recent or near completed Bachelor's Degree in Occupational Therapy / Physiotherapist, completed within the last 12 months or due for completion by January 2026.
• You will need to possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively across all levels of the business.
• A motivated, organised approach to managing workload and priorities is essential for success in this role.
• Initiative and a growth mindset, with a passion for learning, improvement, and creative problem-solving are highly valued in this position.
