Salary range: $158,393.00 – $177,399.00 per year

What you'll do in this role: lead the delivery of complex projects and programs across cloud platforms such as Azure and AWS, develop business cases and project plans, set up governance, and ensure reporting requirements are met. Drive end-to-end process improvements to deliver better outcomes for customers and stakeholders across TfNSW business units. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders by understanding their technical and business needs and providing clear, effective advice. Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and government policies to ensure project outcomes align with current standards.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the delivery of complex projects and programs across cloud platforms (Azure & AWS).
  • Develop business cases and project plans, establish governance, and ensure reporting requirements are met.
  • Drive end-to-end process improvements to deliver better outcomes for customers and stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders; understand their technical and business needs and provide clear, effective advice.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, best practices, and government policies to align project outcomes with current standards.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience leading end-to-end project delivery across cloud platforms (Azure & AWS).
  • Confident in managing multiple projects under tight deadlines and limited resources.
  • Able to work independently, manage priorities, and deliver high-quality results.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience in both Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proven ability to build trust, influence others, and communicate effectively at both strategic and operational levels, with a strong customer focus and creative problem-solving skills.
