We're excited to invite an empathetic, proactive and skilled individual to join our Student Services team as a Student Wellbeing & Support Officer, championing the social-emotional development and learning outcomes of our students.

Key Responsibilities Elevate student wellbeing, resilience and pro-social behaviours through tailored, evidence-informed interventions, spanning individual, small group and whole-school strategies.

Enhance learning outcomes by establishing and coordinating support networks with staff, families and community agencies.

Assist staff in identifying and addressing student needs, especially for those requiring additional support.

Collaborate with service providers to plan and deliver preventative and engagement-focused programs for students at risk.

Participate in case conferences within the school and with external agencies, offering informed consultancy and guidance.

Co-develop targeted engagement or intervention strategies in collaboration with stakeholders.

Manage administrative duties including data entry, report writing, minute-taking and maintaining comprehensive student case records.

Demonstrated interpersonal skills, including the ability to establish effective working relationships with people from a wide range of backgrounds.

Demonstrated negotiation, mediation and conflict resolutions skills with relevant experience working with students who require support.

Ability to work independently and as a member of a team without direct supervision.

Demonstrated effective planning and organisational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities within timelines.
