As Bequests and Philanthropy Partner, you will lead the development and delivery of Silverchain Foundation's Gift in Wills program (aptly named "Silver Links") and support across a portfolio of philanthropic supporters.
This relationship-focused role is integral to growing high-impact philanthropic support, delivering best-practice donor stewardship, and building meaningful engagement.
You'll work collaboratively across the Silverchain Foundation and wider Silverchain Group to ensure strategic alignment and excellence in donor experience.
Reporting to the Fundraising Manager, you will support across the planning, development and delivery of supporter engagement activities and communications, working to ensure increased future income through establishing loyalty, connection and trust across all touchpoints of the Silverchain foundation.
About YOU5+ years' proven experience in a similar or related role, with experience coordinating and supporting high value relationships.
Significant knowledge of fundraising and bequest best practice, principles, legislation and ethical standards, including appreciation of the sensitive and confidential nature of such programs.
Strong level of knowledge of relationship-based fundraising, moving donors through a pipeline and creating donor journeys.
Demonstrated ability to build strong, respectful, and robust relationships, while managing and supporting a portfolio of stakeholders.
Robust attention to detail, with strong time management, project management skills and organisational skills.
Advanced computer literacy, including Microsoft 365 suite and experience in the use of CRM systems, particularly fundraising specific modules.
A tertiary qualification in Fundraising, Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Business Development or relevant qualification is desirable.
