Join Resthaven in the newly created position of Business Analyst Community Services. This is a full-time twelve-month contract opportunity based at our modern office at Wayville. You will play a key role in identifying opportunities for operational improvement and supporting system enhancements across the Community Services team. Your excellent communication skills will be highly regarded, along with your experience in data analysis, process evaluation, stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement. Responsibilities

• Collaborating closely with the Community Services team to understand operational needs
• Analyse data trends, uncovering errors and providing insights to the business.
• Evaluate business processes to identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to contribute to strategic and operational goals.
• Participate in the implementation of system changes ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Tertiary qualifications in Business, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
• Proven experience in business analysis, process improvement, or systems development
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify meaningful insights.
• Proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools (e.g., Excel, Power BI, Tableau, SQL)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders and present findings clearly.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Experience working collaboratively with cross-functional teams, particularly in community or service-oriented environments.
