We're looking for a Roster Coordinator who loves problem-solving, teamwork, and making a real difference every day.About the Role As a Roster Coordinator, you'll be the glue that connects our amazing Care Workers with the people who need them most.
You'll: Match the right Care Workers with customers based on skills, availability, and personality.
Juggle schedules like a pro, ensuring every shift is covered.
Be part of the go-to team for our Care Workers, customers, and external agencies.
Keep things running smoothly by communicating well and solving problems, even before they happen What You Bring to the Team You're an energetic, detail-loving, people-person Thrives in a fast-paced environment Communicates clearly and confidently Loves problem-solving (because rostering is basically the ultimate puzzle)Has a customer-first attitude making people happy is what you do best Knows their way around Microsoft applications & rostering software (Flowlogic experience is a plus).
