As a Senior People & Capability Partner, you'll be a trusted advisor to leaders across TIO, helping shape everything from talent acquisition and performance development to wellbeing, diversity, and workplace relations.
You'll lead initiatives that prioritise psychological safety, employee care, and inclusive growth, ensuring our people practices are not just compliant, but compassionate, future-ready, and wellbeing-centred.
What You Will Be Doing Partnering with leaders to deliver smart,people-first and wellbeing-focusedsolutions Leading initiatives indiversity, inclusion, wellbeing, and capability development Supporting performance development and workplace investigations with empathy, fairness, and psychological safety Driving talent acquisition and total rewards strategies that reflect our commitment to wellbeing and equity Contributing to industrial relationships with a collaborative and respectful approach Designing and optimising employee lifecycle processes and SAAS systems with wellbeing, capability development, and feedback touchpoints Delivering strategic reporting to inform executive decision-making What You Bring HR qualifications and deep generalist experience across the employee lifecycle Strong knowledge of Australian employment legislation Experience with SAAS platforms and hybrid work environments Confidence in coaching, influencing, and communicating with clarity and care A knack for navigating ambiguity and building trust A passion for creating workplaces where people feel safe, supported, and empowered Unwavering focus on continuous improvement and service delivery to stakeholders.
Bonus points for Mercer CED certification, enterprise bargaining experience, or process mapping experience.

We are independent and do not take sides.
Our goal is to settle disputes quickly in an objective and non-bureaucratic way.
We are able to handle complaints about telephone and internet services, including by collecting any documents or information relevant to the complaint.
We have the authority to decide the resolution of a complaint (the telecommunications company is legally obliged to implement) up to $50,000, and make recommendations up to $100,000.
