We are looking for an experienced Senior People & Culture Advisor to work closely with our Chief Operating Officer in Melbourne.
You'll also work closely with our New Zealand teams to implement best practise and "right fit" people strategies for Australia.At Summerset, from the moment we start developing a village, to when our residents call it home, it's the passion and dedication of our people that brings our villages to life.

This part time role gives you a choice of 25-32 hours a week across 3-5 days on a 12-month fixed term contract.In this role, you'll:Partner with senior leaders to deliver strategic people initiativesDrive talent development, employee engagement and workforce planningLead complex employee relations and change projectsHelp evolve our performance and reward frameworksBring data-driven insights that support great decision-makingThis is a varied and rewarding role that offers real scope to influence and grow – within a down-to-earth, values-driven team.
You'll have the autonomy to make a difference, the support to do it well, and the flexibility to make life work.Qualifications:As someone that loves to help build and develop HR practises, you'll have well rounded experince and the following attributes:Proven solid experience in a senior HR advisory or business partner roleStrength in employee relations, organisational development, and strategic HR planningSomeone proactive, collaborative, and passionate about peopleStrong communication skills and a solutions-focused mindsetA passion for continuous learning and innovation in HR practices.Additional Information:What's in it for you?
