Job Description Provide expert HR advice and guidance to managers and staff on a range of human resources matters.
Assist with employee relations, including resolving workplace issues and ensuring compliance with policies and procedures.
Support recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring a seamless experience for new hires.
Collaborate on workforce planning and talent management strategies to meet organisational needs.
Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Analyse HR data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
Deliver training and development programs to enhance staff capability.
Ensure compliance with relevant legislation and public sector standards.
The Successful Applicant A successful HR Business Partner/Advisor should have: Relevant qualifications in human resources or a related field.
Proven experience in restructures and redundancies.
Ideally prior experience in CPSU and clause 11 change process activities.
Proven experience in providing HR advice and support within the public sector or similar environment.
Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and employment legislation.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships across all levels.
Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities effectively.
Proficiency in HR systems and data analysis tools.
Problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
What's on Offer Hourly rate of $54-$58 per hour based on experience.
