Senior Marketing Manager Department: Marketing Employment Type: Permanent - Full Time Location: Sydney Description This is a key role at Betashares focused on the growth and success of its newly acquired superannuation business.
As the Senior Marketing Manager – Superannuation, you will be the key representative for delivering the marketing and member engagement strategy for superannuation.In this exciting role, you'll help position Betashares within the superannuation category and shape the design of how we acquire members and maximise engagement at all phases of the lifecycle.You are driven with a thirst for challenge, not satisfied with delivering the superannuation status-quo and are eager to innovate and take on what may not have been done before.
You are comfortable delivering in an agile operating style, however, understand the requirements of operating in a highly Role Responsibilities Help shape the brand strategy and differentiated positioning of Betashares within the superannuation market.
Drive and implement integrated marketing campaigns to acquire superannuation members.
Design and execute a multi-channel annual member engagement strategy – balancing both member retention and engagement objectives as well as regulatory requirements.
Leverage data to execute a range of segmented cross-sell & up-sell campaigns from the wider Betashares customer base – employing agile methodologies where required to deliver at pace.
Manage multiple stakeholders across product, legal, communications and creative to deliver efficient & effective marketing activity.
Ensure marketing activities are coordinated and aligned to brand standards, regulatory requirements, and desired member experience.
Skills & Experience 6+ years of experience in marketing roles – including (but not necessarily limited to) financial services.
Experience working in superannuation or similar regulated environment strongly desired.
Highly organised with a proven ability to balance multiple projects, deadlines, and resource demands.
Demonstrated ability to leverage data to inform insight-led marketing activity.
A willingness to innovate and test & learn as a fundamental way of operating.
Experience with a range of content (i.e.
Word Press), analytics (i.e.
Amplitude) and customer engagement tools (i.e.
Braze).
Proven ability to develop and execute plans in consultation with a range of key stakeholders.
Commercial acumen to effectively identify and maximise revenue-generating opportunities.
Excellent verbal communication and presentation skills.
A team player with a proactive 'can-do' attitude.
