We are currently seeking a Project Manager to join their Space team.

About The Role
The Project Manager plans, estimates, and manages internal and external projects within EOS Space Systems.
The successful candidate will oversee the planning and delivery of next-generation Space System and High Energy Laser capabilities.
Key Responsibilities

Define and manage assigned projects in accordance with contracted requirements and EOS Space Systems procedures.
Oversee project resources to ensure compliance with requirements while managing cost and schedule performance.
Identify, anticipate, and respond to stakeholder needs in project delivery.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders; serve as the main contact for assigned projects.
Report on project status, opportunities, and risks to EOS Space Systems senior management as required.
Support a work environment that complies with company policies and procedures.

Experience

Proven track record of successfully delivering complex defence projects as a Project Manager
Strong understanding of formal project management methodologies and relevant tertiary qualifications
Experience managing projects with the Department of Defence and/or Defence prime contractors
Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Knowledge of engineering is highly regarded
