Job Title: Human Resources Manager

This is an exciting opportunity to lead our HR and Organisational Development team in a dynamic local government environment.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate professional and responsive HR, Organisational Development, and Recruitment functions.
  • Develop and implement strategic plans to attract, retain, onboard, and engage employees.
  • Provide expert advice on performance management, workforce planning, and employee relations.
  • Use data-driven insights to inform strategic decisions and drive workforce outcomes.
  • Coach and support leaders through complex matters and manage projects effectively.
Requirements:
  • Possess a relevant degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or Employee Relations.
  • Have extensive experience in HR, recruitment, and organisational development.
  • Demonstrate strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Be experienced in managing change, performance issues, and workforce planning.
  • Be able to supervise and motivate staff to deliver operational and strategic outcomes.
