Job Description This is a non-teaching position which plays a crucial role in welcoming and supporting students and answering general queries and offering guidance.
Answer general queries and gather data on student queries Issue Music/Meeting Room Keys Check Music Room condition Update & maintain staff directory Update & maintain student directory Hang up posters Take reception phone calls Other duties as required Make appointments Order food/snacks for student activities Qualifications Essential A proactive and energetic disposition Strong communication skills Ability to work full time on campus Valid working with Children Check Be agile and problem solve Desirable Completion of a diploma level qualification with relevant work related experience or a certificate level qualification with post-certificate relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training Well-developed administration and communication skills that include a high level of accuracy and an attention to detail that allows the appointee to undertake basic financial transactions and data entry processes Customer Service experience Excellent written communication skills Ability to work in a multi-disciplinary environment Additional Information What we can offer We offer careers across our global operations We recognise and reward We understand the importance of showing appreciation We care for you.
