Chief Student Services Officer

This senior leadership position requires strategic vision, effective management, and continuous improvement of student services within the Academic Registrar Division.
The successful candidate will foster a student-centered approach, promote service innovation, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key responsibilities include providing strategic direction for student services, exercising delegated authority, overseeing registrar functions, leading business process optimization, ensuring compliance, building relationships, and fostering a culture of accountability and safety.
Requirements- Proven ability to lead large teams and manage complex projects in a dynamic environment.
- In-depth knowledge of higher education policies, regulations, and governance frameworks.
- Demonstrated commitment to student success and service excellence.
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with a wide range of stakeholders.
- Extensive leadership experience in higher education administration, with a strong track record of managing student services at scale.
- Demonstrated experience in exercising delegations of authority and making timely decisions in relation to student and administration matters within a complex regulatory environment.
- Experience in business optimisation, transformation, and innovation within a large, complex organisation.
