As Theatre Operations Manager of the Moncrieff Entertainment Centre, you will shape the vision, direction, and delivery of one of the region's premier performance and entertainment venues.
This role involves inspiring a passionate team, driving innovation, and ensuring the community and visitors enjoy exceptional entertainment experiences.
From coordinating diverse programs and events to overseeing venue operations, you will play a key role in creating memorable moments for your community.

About You Relevant tertiary qualifications or demonstrated experience in arts, culture, events, or related fields Proven strategic and operational leadership within arts and cultural services with a successful track record Strong financial management skills, including budget development and resource planning Excellent communication and negotiation skills for building stakeholder relationships Ability to deliver outstanding customer service to internal teams and external clients Eligible for a Queensland Commission for Children and Young People and Child Guardian Blue Card Responsible Management of Licensed Venue Training desirable Eligible to be appointed as an Approved Manager under the Liquor Act desirable Knowledge of Council functions and procedures or Local Government experience desirable To view the Position Description for this role, please click
