South West Personnel are proud to partner with our client who holds a prominent position within the residential housing market in Bunbury and the South West of WA.
An opportunity has become available for an experienced Prestart Consultant to cover a six-month fixed-term contract, with the possibility of extension beyond the initial period depending on team movement.
We are seeking an exceptional customer service professional with a natural ability to connect client needs to all levels of the internal building team, including sales, drafting, estimating, approvals, scheduling, and construction.
You will be the first point of contact throughout the building process, guiding clients with confidence, care, and professionalism.
Daily tasks will include, but are not limited to: Conducting end-to-end prestart meetings with clients as required (up to 3 per week)Prestart costing coordination based on information gathered at prestart meetings Amending and updating building documentation to accurately reflect prestart changes as requested and agreed upon by clients Compiling final documents for client approval after changes have been documented and corresponded Assisting Contract Administration in preparing documents required for the prestart meeting, as needed Performing general administration duties related to all prestart building requirements About You: Experience working within a WA residential building company in a prestart/client liaison role is highly regarded A strong understanding and commitment to providing high-level customer service during the building process Client-focused organizational skills with the professionalism and attention to detail to meet deadlines and construction timeframes Eagerness and willingness to learn new skills and adapt within the office to assist where required
