The OpportunityAs a Prestart Consultant, you will take on a diverse role providing expert guidance and support throughout the Prestart process. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure smooth and efficient selection procedures, contributing to successful project delivery and high levels of customer satisfaction.
Positions- 1-Project Builder | Hybrid including work from home
Full-time - 2-Project Builder | Flexible working hours
Full-time with Part-time considered - 3-Project Builder | Flexible working hours
Full-time - 4-Custom Builder | Hybrid including work from home
Full-time with Part-time considered - 5-Custom Builder | Hybrid including work from home

- The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to client service and is motivated to build their career with a company they're proud to stand behind
- 1+ years of experience working as a prestart consultant for a residential builder
- Forward-thinking, collaborative, encouraging, with an approachable attitude
- Exceptionally high attention to detail and customer-centric focus
- Strong organisational abilities and exceptional communication and negotiation skills
