We'd love to hear from Speech Pathologists of all experience levels who enjoy the flexibility of working across both clinic and community settings.#AAAJob Description We are expanding our Speech Pathology team and would love to welcome experienced and dynamic Speech Pathologists eager to be part of a multidisciplinary team and make a difference.
Our team assists individuals of all ages and abilities to achieve their goals.
No two days will look the same We strive to provide a caseload that includes your experience and interests.
We have mixed caseloads covering areas of early intervention including infants 0-12 months; feeding, early language, parent coaching; paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC.
We are passionate about supporting you in your journey and have clinical and operational pathways for career progression.
Responsibilities will include: Manage an allocated caseload (based on your negotiated hours) and deliver timely therapeutic services Our Early Years caseload (0-5) – Clinic/Home-based early intervention and parent coaching (including speech sounds, early language, feeding, school-readiness)School-aged children (5-18) – Literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding and AAC assessment and implementation.
Adults – Functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia and mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.
Neuro-affirming supports to our large neurodivergent population of all age groups.

Qualifications We are seeking a person who has: Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist2 + years of experience as a Speech Pathologist A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team A desire to make a real difference within the community Experience delivering services under the NDIS (preferably)We are looking for people who authentically want to improve the lives of people living with a disability.
