Dynamic Speech Pathologist Role

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Speech Pathologist to join our multidisciplinary team in delivering high-quality services to individuals of all ages and abilities.

As a key member of the team, you will manage a caseload that caters to your experience and interests, ensuring no two days are alike. You will work across both clinic and community settings, covering areas such as early intervention, paediatrics, adolescents, adults, dysphagia, communication difficulties, and AAC.

  • Manage an allocated caseload based on negotiated hours and deliver timely therapeutic services.
  • Work with children aged 0-5 in clinic/home-based early intervention and parent coaching, focusing on speech sounds, early language, feeding, and school-readiness.
  • Support school-aged children (5-18) with literacy, social communication, speech, language, fluency, voice, feeding, and AAC assessment and implementation.
  • Assist adults with functional communication, speech, language, fluency, dysphagia, mealtime management, neurodegenerative diseases, stroke, and acquired brain injury rehabilitation.

Key responsibilities include managing an allocated caseload, working with clients across various age groups and presenting with different needs, and providing high-quality therapeutic services.
