What you'll do: From the first photo to settlement day, you'll manage every moving part of a campaign: Coordinate photography, videography, auctions, access, and calendars Craft compelling property scripts and order all marketing materials Liaise directly with vendors throughout the campaign Own our social media presence – posting, boosting, tagging, and engaging Manage keys, stock, gifts, bookings, and office marketing with precision Keep our agents supported and our office running smoothly What you bring: Exceptional organisation & time management Confidence in communication with vendors, creatives & the team Eye for detail and a creative edge Canva experience – you're a pro at designing and building marketing assets Ability to juggle multiple tasks without dropping a beat A proactive, positive and solutions-focused attitude About us: Ray White Unley | Colonel Light Gardens is an innovative and dynamic boutique-style office operating within Australia's largest real estate brand.
