About the opportunity:
As a Wheel Repair Technician / Trade Assistant, you will play a vital role in restoring damaged wheels to their original glory using cutting-edge technology.
You'll be part of an innovative, fast-paced team that prides itself on excellence and precision.

Inspection and assessment of wheels for repair.
Removal of deteriorated paint and preparation in a contained H2 O/ Grit blasting unit.
Machining of surface damage to wheels using a semi-automated Diamond cut lathe.
Paint and cure wheels using a spray and infrared booth.
Develop the best process for the wheel repair.
On the job training provided to become a leader in wheel repair quality.
Maintain equipment and supply levels.
Document all work carried out and maintain detailed records.
Adhering to all safety protocols and quality standards.
Collaborating with the wider team to deliver exceptional customer service.
Complete assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
Strong communication with internal team members.
Our Ideal Candidate:
Previous automotive experience is a plus, particularly in mechanical work or spray painting.
Passion for restoration, repair, and solving problems.
Excellent communication skills and a strong work ethic.
Attention to detail and time management skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
A current driver's license and a commitment to safety and quality.
