The Role
We are seeking a motivated Powder Coater with a keen eye for detail to prepare, coat, and finish alloy wheels to the highest standard. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, alongside experienced technicians, where quality and efficiency are equally important.
Key Responsibilities:
- Preparing alloy wheels for coating (cleaning, masking, blasting, priming).
- Applying powder coating using professional equipment and ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes.
- Operating ovens and curing processes to achieve OEM-standard results.
- Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
- Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
- Assisting with other workshop duties as required.
About You:
- Experience in powder coating, spray painting, or surface preparation (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing background highly regarded).
- Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes.
- Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
- Team player with a positive attitude.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
