With a reputation for precision, speed, and craftsmanship, we're expanding our team and looking for a skilled Powder Coater to join us in our Moorabbin facility.

The Role

We are seeking a motivated Powder Coater with a keen eye for detail to prepare, coat, and finish alloy wheels to the highest standard. You will work in a fast-paced production environment, alongside experienced technicians, where quality and efficiency are equally important.

Key Responsibilities:

• Preparing alloy wheels for coating (cleaning, masking, blasting, priming).
• Applying powder coating using professional equipment and ensuring consistent, high-quality finishes.
• Operating ovens and curing processes to achieve OEM-standard results.
• Inspecting finished work to ensure it meets quality standards.
• Maintaining a clean and safe workspace.
• Assisting with other workshop duties as required.

About You:

• Experience in powder coating, spray painting, or surface preparation (automotive, industrial, or manufacturing background highly regarded).
• Strong attention to detail and pride in producing quality finishes.
• Ability to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
• Team player with a positive attitude.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
