We are seeking a solution-focused, curious, and analytical Account Manager to join our high-performing and customer-centric Service Delivery Team.
As an Account Manager at efm, you will partner with customers to find solutions and deliver efficiencies within their supply chain.
You will develop a deep understanding of customer requirements within your dedicated portfolio and provide valuable insights and expertise to navigate the complexities of the logistics environment and solve problems efficiently.
As an Account Manager, your responsibilities will include: Building strong, long-lasting relationships with customers at multiple levels Regularly contacting customers to ensure clarity on projects and timelines Providing operational assistance with an onsite presence Driving continuous improvement from a business perspective, demonstrating understanding of customer and market insights, including strategic consultancy Delivering a superior customer experience to improve our NPS results Ensuring excellence across all aspects of the supply chain to retain and grow accounts Providing insightful reports and analyses on solution performance and opportunities for efficiency gains Experience required: At least 2 years of experience in an Account Manager or Project Manager role, preferably within Supply Chain Management A strong process focus, especially in relationship management A deep understanding of the commercial drivers of business Proven skills in analysis, problem-solving, decision-making, and negotiation The ability to navigate complex logistics scenarios and identify optimal solutions quickly A relentless passion for delivering an exceptional customer experience A solution-oriented mindset Enjoyment of working in a fast-paced and challenging environment Why join efm Logistics?Focus on ongoing professional development and career growth A dynamic and empowering culture that encourages continuous improvement Opportunity to be part of an industry leader Competitive salary and bonus scheme Modern office in the Morris Moor complex with onsite parking Company events and team-building activities Partnership with two charities, supporting volunteering and community impact J-18808-Ljbffr
