Senior Construction Manager for Major Projects

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Administrator to join our team due to growth within the business.
About the Company:- The company is a reputable builder with a great company reputation.
- They work on projects up to $25 Million, predominantly in education, community, and government sectors.
- The office is located in the inner western suburbs, with 20 staff members.
- The workplace encourages employee health and wellbeing, with a 40% site-based and 60% office-based work arrangement.
- Working hours are Monday to Friday, with Saturdays not required.
- Prepare subcontractor packages, scopes, lettings, and procurement schedules.
- Assist with progress claims and external variations.
- Review, negotiate, and finalise subcontracts.
- Manage and track project expenditure, including subcontractor claims.
- Administer RFIs to clients, architects, and consultants.
- Administer the project HSE system.
- Experience working on commercial projects over $5 Million.
- Good knowledge of the Victorian construction market.
- A proven track record on major Commercial projects (over 3 years at this level).
- Tertiary qualified in construction, engineering, accounting, or QS, or equivalent knowledge, skills, and experience.
