What does the job look like?As the Contract Manager – (Qld), you will be the central point of contact between Linfox operations and the customer.
You'll work across Acacia Ridge, Parkinson, and Redbank, ensuring performance, profitability, and service are optimised across all touchpoints.
Acting as the key conduit between our customer and operations teams, you'll manage safety, service, and cost to deliver the best possible outcomes for both parties.
This is a Monday-Friday role with flexible working hours.
Leading the strategic planning and resource allocation across the national rail network.
Managing and growing key intermodal customer relationships, with one of our largest customers Acting as the key account manager—supporting both the customer and operations to ensure seamless service delivery Leading customer meetings, reporting, and presentations with a contract management focus Driving revenue analysis and profitability across accounts Following up on invoicing (debits) and supporting accurate billing Identifying and executing commercial opportunities for growth, including tendering and pricing Partnering cross-functionally to resolve operational issues or carrier performance gaps Ensuring compliance with Linfox safety standards and WHS obligations Championing continuous improvement and best practice in all contract performance areas Are you the one? You are highly motivated, collaborative, and thrive in fast-paced, customer-facing environments.
