
Master Contract Manager

Manage contracts with key customers to optimize performance, profitability and service.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the strategic planning and resource allocation across the national rail network.
- Act as the key account manager—supporting both the customer and operations to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Drive revenue analysis and profitability across accounts.
- Follow up on invoicing and supporting accurate billing.
- Identify and execute commercial opportunities for growth, including tendering and pricing.
- Partner cross-functionally to resolve operational issues or carrier performance gaps.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and WHS obligations.
- Experience in supply chain operations and account management.
- Strong customer engagement and relationship management skills.
- Understanding of revenue models, rate cards, P&L, cost-to-serve, and commercial analytics.
- Proficiency in Excel and confidence working with data and reporting tools.
- Proven ability to communicate cross-functionally with both internal teams and customers.
