Are you a seasoned, high-energy Commercial Property Manager ready to take ownership of a boutique premium office portfolio on behalf of an owner/developer? We're looking for a Senior Commercial Property Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of three well-positioned office sites , each ranging from 4,000m² to 10,000m² , and take client relationships and asset performance to the next level.Your employer: You will work for a forward-thinking property organisation with a reputation for quality, professionalism, and service.

There is a long-term focus on success for both its people and the assets they manage.The Role This is a true end-to-end commercial property management role focusing on quality tenant relationships, strong financial management, and proactive building operations.Your key responsibilities will include: Managing a portfolio of three high-quality commercial office assets in Parramatta and the Sydney CBD.
Maintaining strong tenant and owner relationships through open, consistent communication Overseeing lease administration, rent reviews, and lease compliance Preparing and managing annual budgets, forecasts, and monthly reporting Coordinating alongside the Facilities Manager, building maintenance, compliance, and OH&S requirements Engaging directly with the client's asset manager and providing recommendations to enhance performance and rate of return.
