About Our Role
Join our team as a dedicated Speech Pathologist to lead the development of our Speech Therapy unit. This is a unique opportunity to help establish, shape, and deliver speech therapy services for NDIS participants in the South Eastern suburbs of Melbourne.

We are seeking a passionate and driven Speech Pathologist who wants to be part of something from the ground up, helping shape the future of NDIS support in their community. You will work closely with our founder to develop systems, engage with clients, and set a standard of care that reflects our brand values: compassion, clarity, and empowerment.

Your Key Responsibilities
  1. Deliver speech pathology assessments and therapy for NDIS participants across age groups.
  2. Collaborate on the design of therapy programs and documentation processes.
  3. Assist in building and structuring the speech therapy department.
  4. Support client onboarding and contribute to care planning.
  5. Ensure services are compliant with NDIS guidelines and standards.

What We're Looking For
In order to excel in this role, you will require:
  • A relevant qualification in Speech Pathology.
  • Membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
  • An NDIS Worker Screening Check and Working With Children Check.
  • ABN and professional indemnity/public liability insurance.
  • Experience working with NDIS participants (preferred but not essential).
  • Strong initiative and an interest in service development.
  • A passion for making a real difference in people's lives.
