About The Role

Member growth consultants will attract and delight new members across a frictionless end-to-end sales and onboarding experience. With responsibility for optimising and accelerating direct member growth, underpinned by AI, you will collaborate with an energised group of high performers towards this shared purpose. Embracing AI, data insights and human centred design, our member consultants will experiment with new systems and enhance existing systems, informing the development of our technology and the future of our ways of working.

Our member consultants will:Drive new membership growth and retention.Actively participate in an inclusive team environment through engagement, productivity and impactLeverage and optimise D365 functionalityReimagine, build and execute on a future way of delivering growth at scale.Experiment with AI and emerging technologies.

The successful member growth consultants will be:Growth-driven – A proven performer in health insurance or similar sales environments, with the ability to drive growth and retention of members.Curious and tech-savvy – Eager to experiment with AI and emerging technologies to create better ways of delivering growth at scale.Collaborative – A connector who brings others along, working across teams such as marketing, technology and risk to deliver impact and the future way of working.Agile and adaptable – Comfortable navigating ambiguity and changing course when needed, with a mindset geared toward continuous improvement and learning.

Our member growth consultants will become strategic growth advisors with AI-powered capabilities. As the technology evolves and is embedded, so will your role and you will spend greater time on building relationships and solving complex member challenges. Your expertise will become more valuable as it is amplified by technology.
