Finance Manager - up to £40k FTE - Launceston (Hybrid) - Full or Part Time (min.

Working across complex, multi-stakeholder projects, this client has a unique model and multiple income streams.
They have cultivated a collaborative, people-first culture, and their finance team plays a key role in supporting future growth.
Due to continued success, they are now looking to appoint a Finance Manager to join the team on a permanent basis.
This is a newly created role offering a very flexible hybrid model, excellent autonomy, and a real opportunity to add value.
It would suit someone already operating at Finance Manager level, or an experienced Assistant FM / Management Accountant level looking for the next step.
The role is within a mid-sized, close-knit finance team, reporting to a senior finance leader with a collaborative and mentoring approach.
It's hands-on, varied, and impactful, with exposure to operational finance and wider stakeholder support.
Key responsibilities: Preparing multiple quarterly management accounts Supporting reporting with financial inputs and narrative Maintaining and updating long-range cashflow forecasts Managing relevant payments and drawdowns in line with legal agreements Supporting planning, analysis, and performance reporting projects What we're looking for: Experience preparing management accounts and financial reporting Strong working knowledge of UK accounting standards (qualified or QBE)Strong Excel skills and (ideally) good Xero knowledge A collaborative, proactive mindset - you'll enjoy solving problems and supporting colleagues Ability to communicate financial information clearly with non-finance teams Excellent attention to detail and a genuine team player There's no fixed idea on qualifications; it's about the experience you bring and your ability to work independently, take ownership, and contribute to a warm, values-driven environment.
