We are seeking an experienced Compliance Specialist to support the compliance obligations of a leading superannuation provider.31st July, 2025 In this role, you will provide day-to-day compliance oversight, advice, and monitoring, with a strong focus on SIS Act compliance and evolving regulatory requirements.
Duration:6 months Location: Melbourne or Sydney (remote work option is available).
Key Responsibilities: Conduct day-to-day compliance reviews, assessments, and provide feedback and sign-off to Fund Services teams.
Review internal and external communications and materials to ensure alignment with the SIS Act and broader financial services legislation.
Provide technical guidance and interpretation of complex regulatory issues across superannuation and financial services law.
Assist in identifying, managing, and assessing the impact of regulatory change on Fund Services operations.
Track the progress of legislative changes through Parliament and monitor associated regulations and guidance.
Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure timely responses to regulatory developments and ensure continued compliance across business processes.

Essential Experience & Skills: Proven experience in incident and remediation analysis, preferably in the superannuation and/or insurance claims domain.
Deep understanding of superannuation industry processes, especially insurance within super funds.
Solid working knowledge of SIS Act and SIS Regulations relevant to member remediation and incident handling.
Experience managing third-party providers and holding them accountable for service performance.
Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
