The Role We seek an experienced Accounts Officer with strong accounting knowledge, issue resolution skills, and a passion for process improvement and coaching.
Reporting to the Financial Controller, you will work across various finance areas.
In Accounts Receivable, your responsibilities include:- Monitoring the quality of daily processes- Coaching and supporting a team of 2 AR staff- Performing month-end AR activities In Accounts Payable, your responsibilities include:- Resolving AP issues- Supporting the team during staff absences- Managing credit card expenses using Concur- Maintaining the Fixed Asset register and processing related journals Opportunities exist to take on additional tasks over time.
