At Yo-Chi, we don't just serve frozen yogurt - we exist to create more positive energy in the world, and we're on the hunt for a CFO who can help fuel our growth with clarity, creativity, and commercial acumen.
In this newly-created role of Chief Financial Officer, you'll be a pivotal member of the leadership team, helping us scale Yo-Chi across Australia and into new international markets.
This role blends sharp strategic thinking with a hands-on, sleeves rolled up approach - perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments where no two days look the same.
This role can be based in either Melbourne or Sydney.
What You'll Be Doing Partnering closely with our Co-CEOs and Board to shape Yo-Chi's financial and commercial strategy.
Leading forecasting, scenario planning, and financial modelling to support smart, brand-aligned decisions.
Managing the full finance function - budgeting, reporting, compliance, governance, payroll, and more.
Collaborating with Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain to drive performance and margin improvement.
Playing a key role in Yo-Chi's international expansion, including partner onboarding, financial compliance, and cross-border strategy.
Leading and growing a high-performing finance team and ensuring they stay connected to the heartbeat of the brand (yes, that means spending time in our venues).
We're Looking For Someone Who Has deep financial leadership experience in multi-site retail environments - ideally QSR or hospitality.
Has direct exposure to international markets, expansion strategies, and franchising models.
Is both strategic and operational - just as happy in the boardroom and venues as they are in the spreadsheets.
Has a strong command of compliance, governance, tax, and reporting (but doesn't hide behind jargon).
Is an energetic, people focused leader who builds strong cross-functional relationships.
CPA qualified as well as prior experience in a Financial Controller or Finance Director level role.
