Are you a strategic marketing leader who thrives on building brands, leading creative teams, and driving commercial impact? Join us at Prime Financial Group and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our Group marketing strategy.

We're looking for a Group Marketing Manager to lead our brand and marketing function across Prime's Advice, Capital, and Asset Management pillars. This is a 12-month parental leave cover role, offering the opportunity to lead an established marketing team and drive meaningful initiatives in a high-growth environment.

About the Role:

As Group Marketing Manager, you'll take ownership of the end-to-end marketing strategy, leading the development and delivery of high-impact, insight-led campaigns that elevate our brand and deliver results.

• Lead and deliver integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, content and events
• Support and guide a talented internal marketing team
• Own and evolve the Prime brand across all platforms, champion brand consistency, innovation, and a client-first mindset
• Oversee content strategy and execution with a focus on education-led thought leadership
• Collaborate closely with business unit leads and executive stakeholders
• Analyse campaign performance, optimise ROI, and report on Group-wide marketing metrics
• Work with external partners and agencies to amplify reach and impact

About You

You're a commercially minded marketing leader who can balance strategy and execution with ease. You bring:

• A minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a senior marketing or brand role, preferably in B2B or financial services
• Proven success in delivering multi-channel campaigns across digital, content, and events
• Strong leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and influence stakeholders
• Excellent communication, project management, and stakeholder engagement skills
• Experience in reporting, analytics, and marketing technology platforms (e.g. CMS, CRM, analytics)
• A passion for storytelling, brand-building, and driving measurable outcomes
• A hands-on mindset and a collaborative, solutions-focused attitude
• A degree in marketing, communications, or a related field (desirable)
