Now backed by a global organisation and entering a new phase of growth, it's an ideal time to join this dynamic, future-focused team.About the RoleAs part of their growth, our client is seeking an experienced Technical Team Lead/Senior Building Certifier to join their Sydney operations.
This leadership role offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact while guiding a values-driven, forward-thinking team of six.Key elements of the role but not limited to:Assess and approve Building Applications to ensure full compliance with regulations, codes and standards Provide expert advice on Building Code and legislation.
Conduct on-site construction inspections, compile reports, and update clients.
Prepare accurate quotations for clients.
Mentor junior staff and support their development.
Drive project success and identify new business opportunities.
About youYou will be a Senior Building Certifier with solid experience across commercial projects and established people leadership skills.
You'll guide the certification team, and drive project success, and ensure the highest compliance standards, all while fostering a positive culture and collaborative team environment.Your experience should demonstrate deep technical expertise in the NCC and state legislation and be passionate about delivering excellent customer service.
Strong communication and report writing skills, exceptional organisation, and the ability to manage multiple priorities are essential to thrive in this role.
