Flexible working arrangements (full-time and part-time).
Reporting to the Operations Manager Bay Building Services (NSW), you will be responsible for day-to-day customer service and administration in relation to property insurance claims.
You will be in regular contact with clients, internal staff members and customers to keep them updated regarding their claims ensuring a seamless claims process.Key ActivitiesProcessing of new allocations into Bay Building systemsProvide administrative support to the NSW estimating teamScheduling of appointments over NSWSubmission of quotes & reports via client Portals/systemsAnswering inbound phones calls form insurer, customers and tradesThe ideal candidate:Will have previous customer service experience in an administrative roleStrong organizational and planning skillsAbility to plan and prioritiseHigh level of computer competencyInsurance and/or building industry experience (desirable)As the insurance building sector is heavilyinfluenced by insurable weather events, overtime is occasionally required during theseevent times.Flexible hybrid WFH options after probationJB HI-FI DiscountsRegular Trade DiscountsBUPA Health Insurance DiscountsAccess to 24/7 Employee Assistance Program for you and your familyBe part of a values driven environment with friendly, down to earth peopleTo apply online, please click on the appropriate link below.
