About the Role

We are seeking experienced professionals to join our NSW Commercial Certification team as Building Certifiers / Surveyors. Our team provides certification services to numerous large and well-known building companies across Australia.

We utilize proprietary technologies to deliver rapid and responsive solutions for clients, setting industry benchmarks for service excellence. With offices spanning NSW and planned growth, we continue to expand sustainably to support residential, commercial, and industrial developments across Australia

About You

You will bring extensive knowledge and demonstrated experience in building certification, with a strong commitment to delivering exceptional customer service experiences. Your proactive approach, excellent communication skills, and resilience will enable you to build positive relationships and thrive in a dynamic, collaborative environment.

  • completing Construction Certificates, Complying Development Certificates, Occupation Certificates, Crown Certificates, and Building Code of Australia assessments efficiently
  • attending site inspections and client meetings to provide expert advice
  • offering building compliance guidance to a diverse range of clients
  • investigating and resolving customer inquiries
  • contributing to business improvement strategies
  • assisting Team Leaders in mentoring junior staff members
  • representing our organization at industry events, functions, and seminars as required.
